Manage the kingdom wide operations of the Building Maintenance (Internal & External) and Installation & Renovation business units and ensures that the business is running efficiently that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients and maximizing profits.
Provide high level advice to the General Manager on strategic planning and business opportunities, risk management and continuous quality improvement.
Achieving growth and hitting revenue and cost targets by successfully managing the business units. Designing and implementing long and short term business growth strategies in coordination with the services sales team to expands customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
15 Years proven work experience as operation & maintenance manager.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (e.g. SAP-CRM), proficiency in English language, market knowledge, management skills, customer relation oriented, communication and negotiation skills, time management and planning skills.
Knowledge in design, contracts, project management, cost engineering and innovation management. Knowledge in planning softwares.
